AVONDALE CRESCENT/STREET RECONSTRUCTION - CITY OF BRANTFORD:
Reconstruction of 700 meters of roadway in the City of Brantford from Lyndhurst Street to Dead End of Avondale Street. This project includes the replacement of 700m of 150mm Watermain and appurtenances. A partial temporary watermain system, from Hamilton Ave to Rowanwood Ave, will be used to temporarily feed the existing residents with water during the watermain installation. Along with the replacement of the watermain is the replacement of 51 - 25mm water services to property line. After the the completion of the watermain installation a full reconstruction of the road will take place including, replacement of granular base, concrete curb, HL4 base course asphalt, concrete sidewalk and topsoil and sod restoration. This project is a 75 working day contract and is anticipated to start on April 6, 2020.
CHURCH STREET AND WILMOT STREET RECONSTRUCTION - STAGE 1 - TOWNSHIP OF WILMOT:
Reconstruction of 400 meters of roadway in the Town of New Hamburg on Church Street from Peel Street to Wilmot Street, and Wilmot Street from Church Street to Bleams Road . This project includes the replacement of 200mm Sanitary Sewer, 250mm-450mm Storm Sewer, and 150mm-200mm Watermain and appurtenances. A full temporary watermain system will be used to temporarily feed the existing residents with water during the pipe installation. Along with the replacement of the sanitary, storm and watermain is the replacement of 27 services to property line for the sanitary and watermain. After the the completion of all pipe installation a full reconstruction of the road will take place including, replacement of granular base, concrete curb, HL4 base course asphalt, concrete sidewalk and topsoil and sod restoration. This project is a 70 working day contract and is anticipated to start on June 15, 2020.
YOUNG STREET RECONSTRUCTION - CITY OF WATERLOO:
Reconstruction of 300 meters of roadway in the City of Waterloo on Young Street East from King Street to Peppler Street. This project includes the replacement of 200mm Sanitary Sewer, 250mm-525mm Storm Sewer, and 200mm Watermain and appurtenances. A full temporary watermain system will be used to temporarily feed the existing residents with water during the pipe installation. Along with the replacement of the sanitary, storm and watermain is the replacement of 30 services to property line for the sanitary and watermain. After the the completion of all pipe installation a full reconstruction of the road will take place including, replacement of granular base, concrete curb, HL8 base course asphalt, concrete sidewalk, stamped and coloured concrete boulevards and topsoil and sod restoration. This project is a 75 working day contract and is anticipated to start on June 15, 2020.
